Need something else?
Don’t see what you’re looking for? That’s ok, we’re all different. We’d love to hear from you about how we can support your unique needs.
The steps from initial inquiry to great care:
We believe in coffee before care. Let's meet and have an informal chat over a coffee and get to know each other and we’ll listen to what works best for you.
We use a whole-person approach to assessing your care needs this includes personal, social and emotional needs.
We map out your needs, based on your wishes and with the important people in your life along with your GP and Public Health Nurse etc.
We encourage and support our clients to maintain their social activities and roles.
We match the best Carers with your needs and personality
After we’ve selected the right carers and brought them up to speed with your needs, we’ll introduce everyone in a relaxed and professional way.
All good relationships take time and our carers build up strong bonds with our clients in the first few weeks. Allowing you to get to know your Carer in a relaxed, cheerful way.
Judy and Flor - Dalkey
'Rebecca, Honora, Daniela and Angela made it possible for Flor to experience home as a very safe environment over the last 10 days. They were totally dedicated and so supportive.
I am indebted to Rebecca in particular as she carried the major burden of care. She worked so hard in an incredibly focussed way to give him the best care possible. She brought him back to full strength after his hospitalisation. She has been really remarkable and impressive.'
